Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All garments must be returned unworn with tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours, via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Hoisery and accessories must be return unworn with packaging unopened.
Gift Cards can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that any faulty item will only be accepted within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Coupon codes can only be applied to original orders and not exchange items. The exception to this would be on any like-for-like items when a coupon code was applied to the original order.
During busy periods it may take longer than usual for us to process your refunds and exchanges.
